The Niagarassage cyclo therapy product you have just purchased is a precision instrument. The best materials available and a high degree of craftsmanship have been combined to give you the most beneficial massage action possible.

 

The company warrants that your Niagarassage product will be free from defects and materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The company will, at its option, repair or replace at its facility or local repair centre any such products which become defective within that time.The warranty does not cover the furnishing of any labour and does not cover your cost of shipping the product to or from the company facility.

 

After this warranty expires, the company will continue to offer repair service. Labour provided by the company or its authorized dealers in connection with such repair service will be charged to you on a cost basis.

 

This warranty is lieu of all express warranties. Any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to a period of one year from the date of purchase, and extend only to the original purchaser. The company is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages incurred in connection with any warranty claim, nor for damage resulting from the owners misuse or abuse of the product. Same States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty last, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, So the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

 

This warranty is valid only if (i) the Niagarassage product is purchased from a dealer or e-commerce which is duly (ii) authorized by the company, the company has received the  enclosed Consumer Warranty Registration properly completed with  your full name, address, phone number, date of purchase, name of product and serial number of product sent to the email info@niagarassage.com. (iii) the name plate has not been defaced, removed or changed in anyway from the condition  in which it left the factory. This warranty is void outside the limits of the continental United States Alaska Hawaii and Canada.

 

All warranties claims here under should be directed to customer care return policy to request an RMA number for you to return product.This authorization gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Because of Niagarassage policy of continual research and product refinement, it is possible that your Niagarassage cyclo massage product may vary slightly an appearance from those illustrated.
