How long will it take for me to receive my order?

It usually takes One to three business days for us to process your order, follow typically buy another 10 days to two weeks for shipping of those these timelines represent the vast majority of deliveries, depending on your location shipments can take up to 14 business days for delivery.
 

 
I’m moving to a new place when should I place my order?

Niagara Adjustamatic bed orders can take up to 10 days to 14 days to arrive at your door, the vast majority will arrive well before that. If you need a more precise delivery estimate, please reach out to our customers care team.
 

 
Well I need to be home to except my delivery?

In most locations, a signature is not required as you do not have to be Home to accept your order. To find out if there are any exceptions that apply to your location, please reach out to our customer care team.
 

 
What should I expect on delivery day?

It’s the day you’ve been waiting for! Your new  Ajustamatic products are on their way and will be delivered to your building today. The driver will leave your package(s) right at your door if they feel it’s safe to do so. In the event the delivery is not possible, The driver will attempt delivery or will leave your package at your local pick up center for you to collect at your convenience. Please remember to follow all instructions on any shipping note or delivery notice left on your door or in your mailbox driver will not be able to carry your new Adjustamatic products up flights of stairs or to your bedroom nor will they be able to unbox your package(s) for you.

 

What should I do with my product arrives damaged?

If your Adjustamatic bed arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team immediately.

 

Set-up & Care

The Adjustamatic bed is designed to be set up and assembled in five easy steps.

1) Remove everything under the bed that is attached with plastic ties.

2) Pop in or screw the legs into the base

3) Attach all the mattress retainer bars.

4) Connect the power cord into a nearby  outlet.

5) We strongly recommend the two able-bodied people are onhand to unboxed and assemble your Niagara Adjustamatic electric bed.
 

 
Do I need any tools to set up Niagara Adjustamatic electric bed?

No tools are necessary for assembly, Adjustamatic bed is designed for quick and easy setup.
 

How long is the warranty. For parts and service?

1 Year Warranty

 During 1st year from the warranty commencement date, your adjustable bed is   warranted against non-excluded defects in workmanship.             

During 1st year Adjustamatic will supply parts at no cost to you.

2nd Year Warranty

During 2nd year from the warranty commencement date,your adjustable base is warranted against non-excluded defects in workmanship.

During 2nd year Adjustamatic will supply parts at no cost to you but transportation and labor cost will be charged to customer.

Year (3) three through year (20)

From year three of the purchase date, all parts will be sold at the cost prevailing at the time of service. Customer will bear all the transportation and labor cost to service the bed.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and it is non-transferable and is non-refundable.

Adjustamatic Warranty Information


2-year hassle free warranty

Your adjustable base is warranted by the manufacturer against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. During such time, the manufacturer will repair replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any warranted part(s) found to be defective by the manufacturer, in its sole discretion. This includes pre-authorized labour and transportation costs incurred with the repair or replacement of any parts found to be defective the 1st year and the 2nd years parts will be supplied at no cost to you but transportation and labor costs will be charged to customer.


5-year warranty on parts:

During year three through five  from the original purchase date, the manufacturer will replace any part on the adjustable base found to be defective by the manufacturer, to the original Purchaser. The manufacturer's liability is limited to the replacement of the defective electrical/mechanical part(s) only with the Purchasers responsible for all service, installation, and transportation cost of said part(s).

 

10-year limited warranty:

Notwithstanding the above, the manufacturer extends a 10 year warranty on mechanical base parts found to be defective on a limited basis as defined here in. Specifically, the manufacturer warrants that for a full 10 years from the commencement date of this warranty, any defect in the workmanship or material used shall be covered. For purposes of this 10 year warranty, it’s specifically excludes the cover, shroud, platform, legs, actuator and lift motors, massage motor, control box, remote control, power supply, and all power supplies cords. The purchaser shall pay 1/5 of the current MSRP of the replacement part, or the entire adjustable base if deemed irreparable at the sole discretion of the manufacturer, multiplied by the numbers of years after the fifth year from the original purchase date. The manufacture's liability shall be limited to the replacement of the defective part(s) only with the purchaser responsible for all service, installation and freight cost for said part. This warranty does not apply to floor models.

 

Additional terms and conditions:

This warranty does not include reimbursement/replacement for inconvenience, removal, part(s)installation, bed set up, loss of use, normal wear and tear, shipping or any other costs or expenses not expressly covered in this warranty. In addition, this warranty shall be void in the  following circumstances.

1) Damage resulting from misuse or abuse caused by the purchaser or any third-party.

2) Damage caused by repairs or parts replacement by  an unauthorized person.

3) Damage caused if  the adjustable base has been mishandled [including during shipping], subject to physical abuse or an improper power supply, or by failing to adhere to the owner's manual and this warranty.

4) Damage mattresses, foundation cover(s), fabric(s), bedding cables, electrical cords or accessory supplied by dealer or any third-party. Contact your dealer for warranty information on these items.

5) Modification of the adjustable base without prior written consent by the manufacturer.

6) Cost for an authorized service calls for the purpose of educating the consumer about the adjustable base or locating proper functioning power outlets.

7) Damage if the recommended weight restrictions are exceeded.

8) Damage if used in any environment or a commercial setting which was not intended.

9) This warranty requires notice to be given to info@Niagarassage.com of any claim for repairs or replacement parts and requires and RMA number.

10) Damage to foam shroud by improper handling or misuse.

11) Parts include the following

  1. Head/foot actuator
  2. Massage motors and housing
  3. Control box
  4. Remote control
  5. Power cord, power supply, and input cord and mounting brackets.
  6. Support struts


Other than as expressly set out here in, and to the extent permitted by the applicable law, this warranty is exclusive and in lieu you of all other oral or written warranties, representations, conditions or promises, whether express or implied, and whether arising by law, statute, course of dealing or usage of trade, including, but not limited to implied warranties and conditions and Merchant ability , quality, durability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties [if applicable] are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, consequential, liquidated or similar damages, whether or not foreseeable.

Note:The exclusion directly above is inapplicable to consumers residing in Quebec

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is not transferable and will automatically terminate if the original purchaser sells or otherwise disposes of the adjustable base

This warranty gives a purchaser  specific legal rights. Other rights ,which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, make exist. In addition ,some jurisdiction do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, limitations on how long an implied warranty last and/or the exclusion or limitation of certain types of cost and/or damages, so the above limitations may not apply.

This warranty is only valid in Canada. For all others jurisdiction, this limited product warranty is valid only in the jurisdiction where the products are sold and is valid to extent permitted by the applicable laws of such jurisdictions.

 

Weight limits:

This product is not rated to support weight exceeding 650 pounds (295 kg) this product is not rated to support weight in excess of 650 pounds (295 kg) inclusive of the mattress and bedding. The base will structurally support this weight, provided it is evenly distributed across the bed base. The adjustable base is not designed to support or lift this amount in the head or foot sections alone. Exceeding the way restrictions could damage the bed and/or cause injury and will void the warranty.

Please retain this warranty and your original proof of purchase for at least 10 years from your date of purchase.
