Return Policy

Cyclo-Therapy Device Return Policy:
If for whatever reason you decide to return your Niagarassage cyclo-therapy device, you may do so within 10-days of receiving your item in order to qualify for an 80% payment refund, and you must follow the specific instruction sequence outlined here:
  1. We ask is that you first follow a simple, clinically proven, effective protocol of two 15-minute use sessions daily, to make absolutely sure that you don't want to keep your device.
  2. If you still want to return your device, you need to contact us in order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please email info@niagarassage.com with your order number, order date, reason for return and the serial number of your product (found on the  the back of the device). Please note that a RMA can only be issued by Niagarassage Customer Service. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA. We will review your request within two business days. Please do not send your item until you have received an RMA number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA request is approved.
  3. Once we've granted you a RMA number, please print and include it when you pack your item into the original shipping box, making sure to include your Niagarassage device, power supply cord, all accessories, and user guides. Please also ensure to write the RMA number on the outside of the box. You must send the item to us within 5 days of receiving your RMA.
  4. Please allow time for proper inspection of returned product. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after a return is received by our staff.

 

Important:

If your device is returned to us in a condition other than like-new, you will be charged to repair and return the device to like-new condition, and these charges will be deducted from your refund, if any. You are not required to purchase insurance if you return the device using, FedEx, UPS or DHL.

Please note that only one (1) device per original purchaser may qualify for return and payment reimbursement. Discounted devices do not qualify for money back returns. When multiple devices are purchased and one has been returned, the refund is based on the lower price device.

Any devices that are approved for return and pass return inspection will be eligible for an 80% payment reimbursement, which will be reimbursed only to the original purchaser of the item. Refunds are not granted for 100% of the purchase amount because we must charge a re-stocking fee in order to cover the cost of receiving, inspecting and refurbishing any returned items to saleable condition.

Returns received without authorization will not be processed and will incur a $20 a month storage fee until return shipping is paid for.

No refunds will be issued or returns accepted if the above policies or timelines are not strictly adhered to.

 

 
Service fees

A) Device evaluation fee of $75 fee will apply if your device is received for repair and it was not covered under the manufactures warranty and/or the device is functioning correctly.

B) Items no longer covered under manufacturer's warranty will incur shipping fees and cost of labour at $75/hour with a two hour minimum plus cost of parts.

C) Customer pays for shipping fees after 10 days from date of delivery for Niagarassage device.
